We're all damaged, Mary Alice. As Kirk Orr would say, it's part of living in this broken world. It's much harder, I think, for guys to show love. That's part of why in the Bible it says for the men to LOVE their wives and for the wives to RESPECT their husbands. We love easily. They respect easily. It's harder for them to love and for us to respect. Keep respecting him- it's another way of loving him the way God wants you to love him. God is working in his heart too; you can believe that. None of us are perfect. Certainly not me! xoxo
